Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products that meet the return conditions.

Shipping charges for return pickup will be covered by us.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect address, or personalized items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our team will verify the issue and arrange a return pickup at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations
We understand plans can change, so we offer a limited cancellation window:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
